Pneumatic Yokohama Sling Rope Fender
Sling Rope Fender with nylon rope made by rubber & multi layer of rubber-dipped tyre fabric, is a leading anti-collision device for marine application in the world today.
The fenders are used in the various applications,such as ship-to-ship operations, ports and terminals and have proven its quality and performance. Our products are designed to withstand the extreme environmental conditions .
Boat fenders are manufactured as per ISO 17357 with 0.5 kg/cm² and 0.8 kg/cm² internal pressure (other internal pressures are available on request). Ship berthing fenders are extensively used for ship to ship transfers at mid sea, double banking operations as well as vessel to berth transfers at dock/jetty. Boat fenders offer excellent energy absorption characteristics and do have a Linear load deflection characteristic. The special property of ship fenders makes it suitable for Liquid cargo Vessels and Defense Vessels with very sensitive equipment. These Fenders offer excellent energy absorption characteristic and do have a Linear load deflection characteristic. They are very easy to install, remove and handle for various applications.
Boat fenders are generally equipped with chain nets and tyres or with wire rope nets, end rings, Towing Rings and Swivel Joints with suitable D-Shackles at both ends for better life. Sling type Fenders are also available on specific request. These Fenders offer excellent resistance to shear force, inclined compression and are highly reliable.
Structure sling type yokohama fender :
1. Outer Rubber
Cover outside on the ball of rubber layer, which is used to protect skeleton material and inner rubber ball from damage of external force, the main features: high strength, wear resistance, ageing resistance and tear resistance.
2. Synthetic cord reinforced rubber layer
Reinforced cord rubber layer is composed of winding Synthetic cord layer, It is mainly used for maintain the internal air pressure, which has good elasticity, no deformation and high power etc.
3. Inner Rubber
On the ball inside the rubber layer, which is used to prevent air leakage and control the ball pressure.
4. Flange opening
The metal parts at both ends of fender, which can be fitted with charging valve and safety valve.
