Marine Air Bags consist of an outer rubber layer, multiple heavy-duty synthetic tire cord layers, and a vulcanized inner rubber layer. The Rubber Airbag of the ship is a cylindrical balloon with two tapered heads and an open end. Airtight rotary joint and air inlet assembly screwed into port.
Synthetic tire cord: Reinforcement layers for Natural Rubber Airbags made of rubber-coated synthetic tire cord. Many synthetic tire cord layers are wound together at the ideal angle through a unique and patented "overall winding technology". Maintain the internal pressure so that the pressure is evenly distributed. The buoy uses 1870 dtex / 2 synthetic tire cord. End Fittings:
Airbag End fitting include Air Tightness swivel and Safety Air Inlet(These end fittings are enclosed when airbags leave our factory).
