DIN81907 Marine Mooring Fairleads Roller With Pedestal ( Type A)

DIN 81907 warping roller fairlead with pedestal has two types: DIN 81907 type A with cylindrical pedestal and type B with conical pedestal. DIN 81907 pedestal fairlead is installed on the deck which used to guide the mooring ropes. DIN 81907 fairlead is produced following the German standard. The roller is flexible to guide ropes. The surface of both the roller and the pedestal are allowed to be smooth without any defects.

This kind of fairlead warping Roller is designed as per the standard of CB436-2000. It cast from the finest quality steel for added durability, equipped with a weld down base  or socket/pedestal with optional heights and delivered with Bronze-Steel bearings or other bearings upon request. Rollers on a socket can equipped with a keeper that prevents the mooring line from dropping when tension on the line slackens.
