CYC series connecting rod float level switch is a liquid level controller with simple structure and easy installation. It has no complicated circuits and will not be interfered. It can work without power supply when using a reed switch and has a contact life of 1 million times .It is available in PP, PTFE, SUS304, SUS316L and many other materials,which can meet the needs of most liquid measurement in the environment .Typical applications include shipbuilding industry , power generation , petrochemical , food industry,water treatment,hydraulic machinery,etc .

Technical Feature

1.It can be used for multi-point control, and the position of the control switch can be customized according to the customer.

2.All switch outlets are in the same junction box,which is convenient for wiring and wiring.

4.The magnetic reed switch and the wire are completely isolated from the liquid,so it can be used safely on equipment with high temperature and high pressure.

Working Principle

The CYC series connecting rod float level switch is to fix one or more reed switches in a sealed stainless steel or plastic tube , and then use one or more hollow floats with ring magnets inside to float them .

The ball is fixed on the tube at a position related tot he magnet tube switch , so that the floating ball floats up and down within a certain range .

The magnet in the float is used to attract the contacts of the reed switch,and the product is disconnected and conducted to control the liquid level.
