The Gravity Daivt is a device to be used for launching and recovering the totally enclosed lifeboat . It is manufactured and tested under the approval of major classification societies in compliance with the requirements of 1983 & 1996 Amendments to SOLAS , 1974 .

Gravity Arm Type Lifeboat Davit is a hinged type davit , used on a ship or platform for supporting, lifting, and lowering lifeboat and rescue boat depending on boat self weight,and the recovering the enclosed lifeboat or rescue boat using electric boat winch.

Totally enclosed free fall lifeboat can fall into the water through the slide and keep the passenger in the boat or on the platform safe. This mode has release device inside, the passenger can be on board from the life gate and the driver inside can release it and let it slides into the sea safely.
