Depending on the amount of inflation of the ship's airbags, it can affect the direction, speed, and safety of the ship's launching motion. The inflation of marine airbags is different from that of ordinary balloons, and cannot be inflated casually based on feeling. Be sure to observe the pressure gauge and the hull at all times and adjust the inflation amount.

Marine airbags are not only used in the sea, but also need to be inflated. Inflating is different from inflating a regular balloon. There are many places to pay attention to :

1. When using marine airbags, they must be inflated to the minimum working pressure, otherwise there is a risk of damage to the ship. During the process of launching a ship, it will be subjected to three different directions of forces: the support force of the ship's airbags, the frictional force of the airbags at the bottom of the ship, and the gravity of the ship. When using marine airbags, the inflation pressure is generally around 120kPa. The shipyard can adjust the inflation pressure of the ship's airbags to adjust the tilt angle of the ship, so that the force of gravity is slightly greater than the frictional force, forming a force suitable for sliding down.

2. The inflation time should not be too fast, otherwise it will cause the airbag on one side of the drum to inflate without any response from the other side, and also cause the first side to explode due to excessive pressure.

3. The inflation equipment should be selected according to the size of the airbag. A regular DN200mm airbag cannot be stopped from inflating using an air pump. It is necessary to use an inflator to inflate. Even if a large airbag must be selected at 0.036 cubic meters, the displacement per minute is still very small, and the ventilation time is about 5 × 10 minutes. In this way, the value of the pressure gauge is rarely observed, and the balloon explosion is not caused by sudden overpressure.
