The breaking strength of the mooring rope ?
Relative strength is commonly used to represent the fracture strength of chemical fibers. The ratio of the maximum load that a fiber can withstand until it fractures under continuously increasing load to its linear density. The unit is N/tex and cN/dtex. Expressed in Mpa in international units. (Please convert two units)
Fracture strength is an important indicator reflecting the quality of fibers. High breaking strength, fibers are not easily broken or rolled during processing, and the final yarn and fabric have good fastness; But the fracture strength is too high, the fiber rigidity increases, and the hand feel becomes harder.
The strength of fibers measured in a dry state is called dry strength; The strength of fibers measured in a wet state is called wet strength. Fibers with high moisture regain have lower wet strength than dry strength, while viscose fibers have 30% to 50% lower wet strength than dry strength. The moisture regain of most synthetic fibers is very low, and their wet strength is close to or equal to their dry strength.
