Learn about Yokohama type inflatable rubber fender (ball support)
Inflatable rubber fender (ball) is a marine anti-collision product that uses compressed air. Mainly using compressed air as a buffering medium to absorb the impact energy of ships, making them more flexible and flexible when docked, in order to achieve the effect of collision prevention, anti-collision and avoidance. The Yokohama type docking ball belongs to a type of protective sleeve docking ball, usually wrapped around a sphere with airplane or engineering tires, and equipped with shoulder straps at both ends, which is widely used for transfer operations between ships and ship berthing operations. The dimensions are: D0.5m x L1.0m~D3.3m x L6.5m. Inflatable fenders (ball bearings) are strictly produced in accordance with the international quality standards ISO17357-2002 and GB/T 21482-2002, and their products are sold worldwide.
characteristic:
1. Large compression deformation, low reaction force, and high energy absorption
2. Good floating performance, able to adapt to the needs of tidal level changes
3. Using compressed air as a medium, work is done through compressed air to consume collision energy
4. Easy installation and long service life

Structure:
1. Outer layer glue
The rubber layer covering the outside of the ball is used to protect the ball skeleton material and inner layer rubber from external damage or wear. The main features are high strength, wear resistance, and tear resistance.
2. Nylon cord fabric reinforcement layer
The reinforcement layer is composed of nylon cord layers wound together, and is maintained by the air pressure inside the ball. It has the advantages of no deformation, high resilience, and high strength.
3. Inner layer adhesive
The rubber layer on the inner wall of the ball is used to prevent gas leakage and maintain the pressure of the ball.
4. End flange
Metal parts at both ends of the ball can be installed with inflation valves and safety valves
Product Specifications:
Remarks:
1Tolerance for reaction force and energy absorption ±10%
2. Weight tolerance ±10%
3. Special dimensions can be manufactured according to requirements
